Ugh

It was a nice, quiet weekend-on-call, until my tech paged me around 3:30. Then it became a four-hour plastic surgery. Now, I'm sitting back with a cuppa and some of TJ's triple Ginger snaps, relaxing until I can go to bed.

So much for vacuuming the rest of the house, or taking a nice bath, as I had originally planned!

Ah, the cuppa. Always a friend after unexpected disruptions to the schedule. And baths can be taken the next night, right?

Can iced tea be called a 'cuppa'? Just wondering, as it's still 100+ down here.

When it's too hot for hot tea, I let my tea cool off -- but it's never iced tea(shudder). That's a drink what deserves it's own appelation. And something stronger added to it.

I'm kidding, of course. If it's tea, it's a restorative cuppa no matter the temperature of the beverage. Today's high was around 76 degrees, and the skies were cloudy all day.

No buffalo, though.

Well, when the large skin defect needs to be repaired, we use the same techniques as the plastic and reconstructive surgeons do. We just get better results. ;-)
