After many years of living outside the US, combined with working on holidays, I've gradually let go of all the observances. It's just another working day for me (especially since I am on call this weekend)..but there's chocolate stashed around the house now. Which makes this a better day, suddenly.
The family are off to church, and after that they'll be on the road to Mom/Grandma's for Easter Dinner. If I can get finished with rounds in time, I'll drive up for a quick bite to eat and then come home. Otherwise, I'll have a quiet holiday at home, nibbling on random pieces of dark chocolate. Decisions, decisions. :-)
