Argh. Ow.

I hurt so much, just from being in surgery for 3.5 hours. It was an emergency; I've never had to "splash and dash" before. My back is spasming and everything else just aches, but my patient was up and had decent color when I left, so overall this is a win. The poor dogs held out for an extra two hours without any noticeable accidents, so good for them. All the animals are now fed; I have a glass of cran-blueberry spiked with rum and something from TJ is heating now. I will put my feet up and veg seriously as fast as I can.
